After a few minutes I removed the head to see how much I had removed and the cutter had barely scratched the piston. Now, with our applications with the W motors the valve is pretty square to the piston so it is a 100% contact. Im pretty stubborn so I figured I could use the cutter with a drill motor and some pressure and sooner or later mill out the depth I wanted. Beyond this point effeciency is significantly reduced.
